At the moment, our sales team manually re-enters order details from our ERP into our separate company's logistics system, called Freight Track. Each order takes around 10 minutes to re-key, and we process about 200 orders a week, which adds up to roughly 20 hours of manual work weekly. Reducing the time our team spends on this for our 250 weekly orders is one of the areas we'd like a new hire to help improve, and colleagues have said delays are most noticeable when data falls out of sync between the ERP and our shipping platform.
